Software
BodyViewer
mapping software for use in the field of health. Provided by GeoHealth.
Epi
Info 2000 epidemiologists and other public health
and medical professionals can rapidly develop a questionnaire or form, customize the data
entry process, and enter and analyze data. Epidemiologic statistics, tables, graphs,
and maps are produced with simple commands such as READ, FREQ, LIST, TABLES, GRAPH, and
MAP.
Epi Info 6 allows rapid setup of new entry forms and
data files, easily customized data entry, and many data management and analysis tech.
Epi Map 2 displays counts or rates on geographic
maps supplied or drawn on the screen. Colors, shading, dots, or noncontiguous cartograms
can be used to show any type of numeric data related to map boundaries.
HealthMap joint WHO/UNICEF Programme. The Programme was initially created in
1993 to establish a GIS to support management and monitoring of the Guinea Worm
Eradication Programme.
PatientAccess
mapping software for use in the field of health.
Provided by GeoHealth.
SaTScan software analyses spatial, temporal and space-time point data using
the spatial, temporal, or space-time scan statistic. The program may also be used for
similar problems in other areas such as biology, zoology, ecology, archeology, history,
economics, geography, geology, and astronomy.
